While the Trojan wrestling team as a whole had a very successfull season, sending four wrestlers to the state tournament competition at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, it also has plenty to look forward to.

Not only were all four wrestlers who competed with the best in the state underclassmen, but the freshmen class that competed this season also made some waves in their first year of varsity competition. Notably freshman Cael Lester for the Trojans who would be a stalwart on the mats for the Trojans and advance past the sectional round, but was unable to compete at districts due to a concussion. Lester would have a 26-8 record, and he would be joined by other young grapplers to see time on the varsity mats, Daniel Kenyon, Max Hinners, Tristan Clark and Dalton Tucker all would win matches for the Trojans. With only one senior graduating for this seasons team, the future looks very bright for the Trojans.
