Replacing one of the all-time great goal scorers in team history will not be easy for Coach Dylan Mick and the Knoxville Boys Soccer Squad. Add to that, many other seniors that graduated last season, and one would think the Panthers are rebuilding. Well, one would be wrong if one were thinking that. Knoxville does have to replace Alex Dye, who nailed 18 goals for the Panthers last season, but do return Chase Larson and Trent Davis, who scored a combined 20 goals in 2015. Also the Panthers return goal keeper Nick Moats, who stopped 107 shots last season. The Panthers will try to improve on a 12-5 team that got all the way to the Sub State final last season before falling to Norwalk. Knoxville opens up its season tonight in Ken Locke Stadium against Centerville.
