When you think track and field, you usually do not think swimming. But the Knoxville Boys Track and Field Squad is doing just that for their workouts. Coach Eric Kellar tells KNIA/KRLS Sports pool workouts replace running on the pavement and gives his guys a better cardio workout than just running. Kellar adds the pool workout also give an added resistance that builds extra muscle. He says the Knoxville Recreation Center allows the team to use the pool free of charge.
