ARRESTS:

 On 02/28/16, Skylar Carter, 23, of Knoxville was charged with operating while intoxicated. Carter bonded out of Pella Police custody and was given a court date.

 On 03/03/16, Derek Starkey, 25, of Pella was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Starkey was incarcerated.
