With the Track and Field season getting started for the Pleasantville Trojan Boys Squad on Tuesday at Pella Christian, one area of the team has already distinguished themselves as potential consistent point scorers, the relay teams.

The 4×100 state championship winning team from last season had to rebuild a bit adding Hunter Tyree and Chris Morris alongside Zeb Adreon and Brock Busick and that quartet took first, but they were joined with the 4×200 team which took third, the 4×400 team took first, and the 4×800 team placed third. Coach Gabe Bakker plans on rotating in plenty of runners throughout the season in meets, so time will tell what the final combinations of athletes will be for postseason time. The Boys will next hit the track on April 5th at Lynnville-Sully.
