After his first season as head coach of the Pleasantville Trojan boys basketball program, Joel Allman has identified where his team needs a big improvement on for next season, three point shooting.

The team loses three seniors from the starting lineup but brings back plenty of firepower in point guard Brady Elder and center Mac Harken but it will be the wing and guard play that will test the ceiling of the Trojans. After watching the Pella Christian Eagles style of play where they are so effective from outside and knowing teams will look to key in on Elder more so than this past season, coach Allman has a plan for what his team needs to work in on the offseason. The Trojans will look for their returning guards to improve in the offseason, namely players with some varsity experience Guage Van Haalen and Brandon Gibson. A full season recap can be heard on the Knoxvilly Hyvee Radio Coaches Corner tomorrow.
