The best weather day of the season also brought some of the best results for the Knoxville Girls Track and Field Squad last night at the Chariton Charger Relays. The team finished third behind Creston and Davis County. The Panthers were helped by three first place finishers with Carrie Chambers striking gold in the 400 hurdles, Kayla Moats in the high jump and Kendrea Richardson in the 200. Second place medals went to Bree Burton in the 800, along with the Distance Medley and 4×400 relays. The Panthers head to Carlisle on Thursday. The boys were without many of their top performers and placed 14th.
