The first spring tournament of 2016 for the Central women’s golf team could have gotten off to a better start for the Dutch. Central is in last place out of 12 teams after round one of the Washington University of St. Louis Spring Invitational after shooting a score of 378. The Dutch collectively had 18 triple-bogeys on a windy course down south. Cierra Pulse, a sophomore, leads the Dutch with a first-18 score of 88, and she’s tied for 29th place individually. Rhodes College leads the way with a score of 317. Day two picks up this morning at 9:00 a.m.
