There’s no place like home. Home sweet home. Home is where the heart is. The Pella Christian boys’ golf team will certainly be making themselves at home at Bos Landen in 2016. The season begins today and the Eagles will be playing in the first of several meets on their home course in a triangular against current conference rival, Grinnell, and former league foe, Knoxville. The Panthers are primed for what could be a memorable season, with several talented golfers back from a year ago. PC coach, Jim Dingeman, says today’s opener will be a good test for his team, and that “home course advantage” will come into play later on in the year. The Tigers, Eagles, and Panthers are all set to tee off today at 4:15 p.m.
