A Celebration of Life for Harold Ray Bailey, of Knoxville, will be held Friday, April 22nd at 11:00 am at the Winfield Funeral Home in Knoxville.

Committal services with military honors will be held at Coal Ridge Cemetery in rural Knoxville. Visitation will be held from 11am-8pm on Thursday at the funeral home with the family present from 6-8pm. A memorial has been established to Coal Ridge Church.
