Three goals in a span of eight minutes put the match away for the Knoxville Boys Soccer Squad in a 5-0 win over Albia last night. With the Panthers leading one-to-nothing at halftime, Trent Davis scored in the 46th minute, followed by Chase Larson getting the second of his two goals four minutes later, then Alex Wadle nailed a goal from around 50 yards out to put the Panthers in command in the 54th minute of play. Ian Daugherty completed the scoring in the 69th minute to add the fifth goal. Coach Dylan Mick tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Davis, Larson and Wadle make for one of fastest teams he has ever had. Nick Moats, Elliott Schmidt, and Justin Little all had assists in the game while Moats claimed seven saves. Knoxville is now 3-1 on the season and are off until Monday when the Panthers travel to Chariton.
