Traveling all the way to Mount Ayr for a track meet, the Pleasantville Trojan Boys Track Team would face an opponent that hasn’t reared its ugly head for several weeks, the weather.

The meet would be called off early, but several events would still stand with some Trojans as top finishers. The Trojans relay teams would have a good day, with the 4×800 and 4×200 teams both placing third. Zeb Adreon would place fifth in the 100m dash, and Tony Pidima would continue to impress in the long distance competitions and place 4th in the 3200. The Trojans have today to get ready to hit the track once again, as they travel to area rival PCM for a meet tomorrow.
