Williamsburg won the 2nd-ever Dutch Masters Invite

The PCM Mustangs were among the top three teams in the 2nd annual Dutch Masters Tournament at Bos Landen Golf Course in Pella Friday.

Friday’s tournament was a make-up for the initial date that was rained out one week ago. Williamsburg and low scorer Issac Knock–who turned in a four-over 76, posed with green jackets to mark their team and individual victory.

PCM’s 3rd place team was led by an 81 from Reid Jenkins, followed by an 86 from Dayton Boell. Pella was led by senior Ben Uitermarkt, who shot an 87.

Pella High’s team finished last among the seven participants, but Head Coach Bob Fessler told KNIA/KRLS Sports he is impressed with the team’s strides despite a lack of meets to start the year.

The Little Dutch and Mustangs play later today in Knoxville.
