ARRESTS:

 On 3/27/16, Khamsing Quangvan, 48, of Otley was charged with operating while intoxicated. Quangvan posted bail and was released with a court date.

 On 3/29/16, Kelsey L. Borwig, 28, of Knoxville was charged with theft 5th degree. Borwig was cited and released with a court date.

 On 3/29/16, Tonya N. T. Gutierrez, 31, of Newton was charged with theft 5th degree. Gutierrez was cited and released with a court date.

 On 3/30/16, Connor R. Hehli, 20, of New Sharon was charged with unlawful use of a license. Hehli was cited and released with a court date.

 On 3/31/16, Matthew J. Van Klompenberg, 32, of Pella was charged with operating while intoxicated, open container, harassment, interference with official acts, assault on a peace officer, and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. Van Klompenberg was incarcerated.
