Earning it every year he has been a member of the Central men’s tennis team, West Adelman was chosen to the all-Iowa Conference team for both singles and doubles play. Adelman was Central’s No. 1 player for both groups, going 8 – 9 in solo action and partnering with Jimmy Cunningham to go 10 – 9 in tandem matches. Cunningham was also cited as an all-conference doubles player, while sophomore Garret Taylor was picked to the league singles team. Taylor was 9 – 7 at No. 2 singles, and also went 11 – 10 in doubles. Both Taylor and Cunningham will be back for their junior seasons in the fall for the 2016-17 campaign along with 11 other letterwinners.
