The Knoxville Recreation Center’s summer programs and activities are getting underway.

Recreation Director Brandon Nemmers tells KNIA/KRLS News offerings are varied so that citizens at any skill or fitness level can stay active and enjoy themselves. Low-impact exercises like swimming and biking offer opportunities to stay healthy with minimal risk of injury. Nemmers made special mention of the upcoming June Jog on June 11. Runners and joggers can register for the Jog at the Recreation Center.
