With a fast start and a 3-1 record to their name, the PCM Mustang Baseball Team is looking to put the memory of last season’s 9-17 record behind them as the program itself continues to grow.

With a much improved defense that has committed just four errors through four games and some torrid hitting at the top of the lineup with Sheldon Speers, who is 8 for 13 so far, and Noah Clark who is batting .500 with four stolen bases the Mustangs want to keep their momentum going. The pitching staff is still a young one for the Mustangs headlined by sophomore Noah Henkenius, but senior Austin Brown has also shown he has pitching chops as well. The Mustangs, having taken the weekend off, will see if their fast start will keep going as they take on rival CMB tomorrow. Full results of that game can be found on KNIAKRLS.com
