The PCM Girls Soccer team would finish off their regular season with a huge victory on Senior Night with an Abby Waddell goal with three seconds left in overtime in a 1-0 victory over Chariton.
Both the Chargers and Mustangs defenses were solid, and allowed a total of five shots in the first half before the offenses would start to find some momentum. Waddell has been the offensive leader for the Lady Mustangs this season and with the goal extends her school record holding 17th goal on the season. Now that the team is done celebrating their seven seniors final game in the regular season, the Lady Mustangs must now prepare for the tough test that is Norwalk in the first round of the class 2A regionals tomorrow.
