ARRESTS:

 On 05/15/16, Jonathan G. Ripperger, 38, of San Francisco, CA was charged with public intoxication. Ripperger was incarcerated.

 On 05/17/16, a female juvenile from Pella was charged with arson-1 st degree and operating a vehicle without owners consent. The juvenile was transported to a juvenile detention facility.

 On 05/21/16, a male juvenile from Pella was charged with harassment-2 nd degree and simple assault. The juvenile was cited and released to a guardian.

 On 05/21/16, Timothy S. Argo, 22, of Pella was charged with public intoxication, criminal mischief-4th degree and interference with official acts. Argo was incarcerated.

 On 05/21/16, Sabrina D. Jay, 18, of Urbandale was charged with possession of alcohol underage. Jay was cited and released with a court date.

 On 05/21/16, a female juvenile from Pleasant Hill was charged with possession of alcohol underage. The juvenile was cited and released to a guardian.

 On 05/21/16, Cody W. Scovill, 24, of Monroe was charged with operating while intoxicated. Scovill was incarcerated.

WARRANTS:

 On 05/20/16, Paige N. Hartgers was picked up on a Marion County arrest warrant for harassment-3 rd degree. Hartgers was transported to Marion County jail.
