Former Twin Cedars Athlete Britney Roby has garnered awards during the softball season at DMACC. Roby took home the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year. She also had a great year at the plate batting 537 with 16 doubles, three home runs and 37 R-B-I, striking out just once. Roby’s season is not over yet as DMACC will play Southeast Community College this weekend for the right to go to the National Tournament later in May.
