Three events have automatically qualified for the Twin Cedars Boys Track and Field Squad to state. Jake Crozier qualified in the shot put winning it with a throw of 46 feet three inches and he also double up by taking first place in the discus with a toss of 130 feet. Both were personal records. David Williams also was an automatic qualifier as he won the 400 hurdles in a time of 58-point-four seconds. The Sabers as a team scored 106 points and finished second to Mt. Ayr. The Saber girls were shut out of a state qualifier…their best finish was sixth by Cloee Stout in the open 400.
