It was a romp to say the least for the Twin Cedars Boys Track and Field Squad last night at the Bluegrass Conference Meet. The Sabers racked up 156 points and nearly doubled the next closest competitor. David Williams in the 400 hurdles, Jake Crozier in the shot put and discus, plus the 4×100, 200, distance medley and shuttle hurdle relays all were crowned conference champions. Coach Aaron Allspach told KNIA/KRLS Sports plenty of second and third place finishes helped his team pull away for the title. Melcher-Dallas finsihed 8th. Ethan Harrington was conference champion in the 800, was 3rd in the 400 and high jump. On the girls side, Twin Cedars placed eighth. The Sabers best finish was from Maddie DeWit placing fifth in the 100 hurdles who ran an 18 second race.
