A pair of Central College baseball seniors was chosen to the All-Iowa Conference squad for their play in 2016.

Relief pitcher Mark Schroeder was selected to the second team; he had a squad-best 3.16 ERA through 25 2/3 innings pitched with a 1 – 2 record on the mound in 11 appearances. Schroeder also struck out 19 on the day, walked six, and opponents carried just a .232 clip against him. Spencer Gritsch was chosen as an honorable mention. He led the Dutch in batting average with a .309 mark in conference games, and he drove in and scored 14 runs over the 28 league contests. Central finished the 2016 season with a 7 – 21 Iowa Conference record.
