The Knoxville Softball Squad split its games at the Oskaloosa classic on Saturday to two teams with a combined 30 wins between them. The day started with a 7-2 loss to class 4A number two ranked Carlisle. Jada Agan got the start and took the loss going six innings and striking out five. Emily Wallace was 3/3 at the plate with a double. Also getting extra base hits were Maddy Findley and Hannah Hauschildt. The Panthers came back to beat Wayne 3-1. Delaynne South allowed just two hits in the win with six strikeouts. Findley’s bat stayed hot as she went 2/3. Emily Wallace and Ricki Hall each got an RBI. Knoxville is now 6-12 on the season and will travel to Centerville on Monday.
