The Melcher-Dallas Softball Squad blasted Nodaway Valley at the Orient-Macksburg Invitational on Saturday 13-3 in five innings. The Saints’ bats were as hot as the recent weather as Andee Clarke went 4/4 with two doubles and three RBI, not to be outdone Sydney Suntken rapped four RBIs in two hits. Emilie Krpan got the win going all five innings walking just one. The Saints are off until Tuesday when they host Diagonal.
