The PCM Baseball team would fall just short in their comeback attempt against the Norse of Roland-Story last night 3-2.

The Mustangs would fall behind 3-0 giving up one run in each of the 2nd, 4th, and 5th innings but claw their way back within a run in the seventh before the Norse would put them away. Braden Phifer would get a pair of hits, while Austin Brown and Brayton Van Dyke would drive in the runs, and Austin Brown would pick up his first loss of the season despite giving up no earned runs in the contest. The Mustangs fall to 6-11 and play Gladbrook-Reinbeck on Monday.
