PCM Softball walked off to victory in the bottom of the eighth inning last night in a hard fought game against Saydel 3-2.

The Mustangs quickly went up 2-0 on an Abby Waddell two RBI hit, but the Eagles would tie the game in the top of the seventh before Waddell would score the winning run in the bottom of the eighth and Kayla Jennings was strong in the circle with four K’s and Chelbie Gillespie came on strong in relief. Brooke Nicholson was 2-2 with two doubles and a walk. The Mustangs improve to 10-15 and play at Knoxville tonight.

PCM Baseball fell to Saydel 14-0 in five innings. Austin Brown started on the mound and gave up three earned runs, but five Mustang errors proved to be too much to overcome. The Mustangs fall to 8-15 and play against Clarke tonight at home.
