The Pleasantville Baseball Team continued its winning ways last night to sweep Central Decatur in a doubleheader 7-1 and 16-5.

Young pitching for the Trojans continues to be the name of the game with Colton Major getting the win in game one and Gauge Van Haalen picking up the “W” in game two. Zeb Adreon would also put one over the fence for his first round tripper of the season. The Trojans have now won seven of their last eight and will play I-35 tomorrow. The Pleasantville Softball team would fall to CD 6-3 in eight innings. The Trojans played well with Abby DeJoode pitching well giving up only one earned run, and Andie Sowers keeping up her strong play with a three for four night including a home run. However the Trojans had five errors in the last three innings which were the deciding factor in the loss. The Trojans fall to 1-5 and play Twin Cedars tonight.
