The Pleasantville Softball Team would get its first win in dominating fashion over Lenox at home last night 6-2.

The team has been bolstered by a trio of girl’s golfers rejoining the team after a state tournament appearance helping the team’s depth, and the game marked the first varsity win for Trojan pitcher Abby Dejoode. The Trojans will try to make it a winning streak tonight at home against Central Decatur. Kyle Amendt would pitch a one hit gem leading the Pleasantville Baseball Team to a win over Lenox 7-1 and gain nine strikeouts during the performance. Freshman Quinton Berglund would go 2-2 with a pair of RBI’s, and Brock Busick and Zeb Adreon would also get two hits each. After a slow start the Trojans have now won five of six, and host a doubleheader against Central Decatur tonight.
