Winners of 12 of 14 traveling to Central Decatur, the Pleasantville Trojan Softball Team would once again put on an offensive show in a 7-2 victory over the Cardinals.

Trisha Kunze went 3-5 with an RBI, Hannah Gordon and Avari Heinz-Penz both picked up a pair of hits at the dish with three runs scored between them while Bailey Oliva pitched five strong shutout innings striking out nine for the win. Pleasantville improves to 15-9, and have a tough date with Pride of Iowa Conference leaders I-35 tomorrow.

The Pleasantville Baseball squad finished yet another game before seven innings in a 13-1 victory over Sigourney in six. Nate Sowers went the distance on the mound giving up just two hits on the night while the offense was paced by Brock Busick going 3-3 at the dish and a four RBI night from Colton Major. The Trojans have won seven in a row to improve to 19-8, and play against Chariton tonight.
