Over his six years of overseeing the Central men’s golf program, Chad Green brought the team and college to great heights, and a lot of that had to do with the hard work done away from campus.

Chad Green, in his first recruiting season, brought in the likes of Desmond Stoll, Adam Squires, Clay Curwin, and the big senior class that went to the NCAA Division III National Tournament more times than not in their four years. Coach Chad Green says it’s just part of a formula he picked up from talking with other coaches during his time on the job. Green stepped down as head coach after this past spring season, and took on the head coaching position for a brand new program at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla. Green tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that with his skills in recruiting, he feels confident in helping to start up a contender in a different division of collegiate athletics.
