The Twin Cedars Baseball Squad ran into a great pitcher from Pekin and were shut out 1-0 last night. In a game that was scoreless until the top of the seventh when the Panthers got a solo home run with two outs. The Sabers got a great pitching performance from Trace Embray who went five innings allowing just three hits, walking three, and mowing down 12 Pekin batters. Coach Brian Moore tells KNIA/KRLS hitting is something they are working on. The Sabers are now 4-3 on the season.
