Race fans were treated to a different set of drivers in the 410 show at the Knoxville Raceway last night.
With four drivers gone to race in the Kings Royal in Eldora…a few drivers that usually do not race until Nationals were in attendance. California driver Willie Croft running the Rudeen car and Hall of Famer Danny Smith was also racing…plus a few regional drivers that are not weekly competitors. But it was a weekly Knoxville Drivers that dominated from the green to checkered in the 410 race as Craig Dollansky blew away the field to capture his first win of the season at the half-mile. Joe Beaver benefitted from Clint Garner’s misfortune to turn in a win for the first time in over two seasons. Beaver led the final 17 laps and ran away from runner up Matt Moro. In the 305 race Ricky Logan…helping White Lightning Motorsports with R-and- D on a crate motor got the win. Logan has not competed a Knoxville since 2010.
