The Knoxville Baseball Squad will head off on their end of season west coast road trip. No, not that west coast, the west coast of Iowa as the Panthers will head to Council Bluffs today to take on Lewis Central and tomorrow afternoon play Glenwood in a double header. Lewis Central has had a very good season in class 4A. The Titans are 26-4 on the season ranked number six…and are on a 13 game winning streak. Knoxville Coach Joel Johnson tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his guys will see some of the best pitching they have seen all season. The Panthers were scheduled to play Sioux City North as well…but that game was cancelled due to the Stars having too many games scheduled.
