Six Knoxville Baseball players have earned all-conference or honorable mention this summer in the South Central Conference. Ben Wallace earned first team selection as a pitcher. He went 7-2 on the season with a 1.71 E-R-A. Jacob Zuck was the other Panthers that earned first team as an outfield. He was 1/3 of the outstanding Panther outfield this season. He also batted 315 with 29 hits. Earning second team selections were pitcher Blake McClung. He was 5-2 this season with 35 strikeouts. Catcher Calyn Bumgartner was also on second team all-South Central Conference batting 345. Getting honorable mention was D.J. Snyder at third base with 30 hits and outfielder Trent Davis, who had a .971 fielding percentage. The Panthers were conference champions for the second straight season with a 15-3 record and went 19-18 overall.
