Knoxville Softball Player Carrie Chambers has been named to the Iowa Girls Coaches Association class 4A Southeast District softball team. Chambers led the team this season with a .423 batting average and over 500 in South Central Conference play. Her coach, Steph Christner tells KNIA/KRLS Chambers defense was always good, but this year she raised her offensive game as well. Chambers will continue her softball career along with teammate Emily Wallace at Simpson College next spring.
