Drake Allen McManemin of Knoxville will serve 10 years in prison after the revocation of his probation for multiple violations Friday.
McManemin was convicted of two counts of sexual abuse in the third degree and was given a suspended sentence and probation dependent on abstinence from alcohol, no contact with female minors without the permission of his parole officer and other requirements. An officer overseeing McManemin testified to multiple parole violations and submitted text messages indicating contact between McManemin and a minor. McManemin also admitted to drinking frequently with co-workers. A warrant was served for his arrest in early July when the offenses came to light.
