2-3 and 2-4. Those were the two scores the PCM Mustang baseball team had against the number nine ranked team Roland-Story this season.
The Mustangs played the Norse the toughest they have played any team so far this season, and it will take all the Mustangs have to overcome the Norse in their upcoming district game later tonight in Story City. PCM took down 23 win West Marshall 10-3 in round one of district play with Austin Brown on the mound despite pounding out only five hits, but PCM Head Coach Shawn Hudnut told KNIA/KRLS Sports that his team is confident going into the matchup because of how well they have played them before. The Mustangs will travel to Story City for a 7pm first pitch against the Norse, and a full recap of the game can be found on KNIAKRLS.com
