The Pella Police Department concluded a six month investigation into a burglary occurring in January at a residence in the Sunrise Mobile Home Park.
Matthew Kamerick, 31, of Pella was served a warrant today and charged with 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft, both class D felonies.
The department accuses Kamerick of stealing in excess of $4,700 in personal property from the victim’s trailer. In June, Pella PD investigators received additional information regarding the burglary and continued the investigation to gather sufficient information.
Kamerick is being held without bond in the Marion County Jail, as he was in custody for other outstanding charges.
