They had no team two years ago, and went winless in their first year of the program restart a season ago. Ferguson says going into the season, three wins would have been considered a good season. So in winning four, his team out-performed his expectations. Ferguson says now the task for his players is to start believing in themselves and make winning a habit, not just an every once-in-a-while occurrence.
