The Twin Cedars Baseball Squad will round out the season with two non-conference games this week. The Sabers will play Davis County Wednesday night and Oskaloosa Friday night before stepping into the class 1A District next Tuesday against Cardinal in Bussey. Coach Brian Moore tells KNIA/KRLS the coaching staff and players got a little scouting report during a game with the Comets recently. The Sabers won 10-3, but Moore tells KNIA/KRLS neither team used their top pitchers, but he says they could see their at bats and how they adjust to each hitter. Moore says his guys were good about watching each at bat Cardinal had and what pitch they liked and did not like.
