Parents getting ready to drop off kids at Pella Schools may have challenges due to construction in the community.
Lt. Shane Cox with the Pella Police Department encourages drivers to take extra time to get used to the new routes and reduced parking.
Pella High School construction has removed almost half of the parking spaces previously available, and the Washington Street closure may also impact traffic flow near the schools.
Cox reminds parents to contact school administration if they have questions about changes to traffic at their respective schools.
