The Melcher-Dallas Baseball Squad had no seniors on the team this season. Coach Pat Ferguson, provided that everyone comes back out next summer…will have a 100% return on his team. Not a lot of coaches can say that. He tells KNIA/KRLS Sports one of the parting messages for his upperclassmen for next season is, just because you may be a senior, your starting spot is not guaranteed. Two juniors will be seniors next year. Ferguson says with the senior leadership, they should be even better than this season.
