With the high school summer sports season coming to a close, the fall sports season is right around the corner.
Local cross country teams from around the state will be kicking off official practice this week. The PCM Mustangs are no different as they will start official practice on Monday with less than three weeks until their opening meet. Head coach Eric Karr and his squad knows that cross country isn’t the most popular of local sports, but the runners know with some support from their fans and community this team could be special. The Mustangs will open their 2016 season with a road trip up to Ames on Thursday, August 25th.
