Central College’s sports teams are in action this weekend throughout Iowa, Illinois and Minnesota.
The volleyball team is in Lisle, Illinois for four matches today and tomorrow at the IIAC / NACC Crossover event. Cross-country is also in Illinois today, running at the Augustana Invitational.
Women’s tennis is in Minnesota today, competing in the one-day ITA Division III regional in St. Peter.
Tomorrow, the 25th-ranked football team is in Dubuque to battle Loras, the men’s golf team is the Twin Cities for the first day of the three day Twin Cities Classic, and men’s soccer hosts North Central in the only sporting event taking place at the Kuyper Athletic Complex this weekend.
On Sunday, men’s tennis is in Waterloo for the IIAC Individual tournament.
One event has been cancelled for this weekend. Central’s women’s golf team was scheduled to participate at the Luther Invitational, but heavy rains earlier this month have made the course unplayable.
