Make it twelve wins in a row for the red-hot Eagles volleyball team after their clean sweep (25-9, 25-18, 25-19) of Grinnell Tuesday.
Pella Christian Head Coach John Evenhouse tells KNIA/KRLS the girls were attempting a few new offensive looks with solid success.
“We’ve started talking in practice that we want to get a little more varied offense,” he says. “We’ve been going a lot to Bekah on the outside and just outside hits, so we’re trying to get her different places on the net, and that worked really well [tonight].”
Evenhouse says Grinnell was able to take advantage of some Eagles’ errors in the 2nd and 3rd sets, but overall he was happy with how they finished the match. Pella Christian is 18-7, 3-2 in league play, and will host Newton Thursday.
