Running in Indianola yesterday afternoon, both the Pella boys and girls cross-country teams took third place behind two larger schools.
The girls trailed only Ankeny Centenial and Ames. Tess Roorda finished sixth individually for the Lady Dutch and Ciara Buchheit was tenth.
On the boys’ side, Pella finished behind the host Indians and Urbandale, with Blaise Winegardner taking fourth individually and Nick Berhagen running sixth.
