Fresh off winning the Ballard Invitational on Saturday, the Pella High volleyball team returns to Little Hawkeye Conference action tonight at Norwalk.
The Lady Dutch are off to a 16-4 start to a season that is loaded with expectations, and head coach Catie Brand says that so far, so good.
“This group has an intensity that you don’t necessarily have to create – the girls create it. They have big expectations for this season, they’re working hard to get there and they’re not going to settle for less than full effort out on the court. They want to be coached and they want to get better every match.”
Pella is the only unbeaten team in LHC play at 3-0. First serve is scheduled for 7:15 tonight in Norwalk.
