It is rivalry week in southern Marion County as the Marion County Eight-Man Championship renews itself this Friday. Twin Cedars is coming in on fire winners of its first five games and defeating district favorite Colo-NESCO last week. Coach Aaron Allspach tells KNIA/KRLS Sports while it was a big win last week, he says there is still plenty of work for his team to do. 20 miles away in Melcher-Dallas, and improved Saints club is 3-2 and 2-1 in the district. A likely must win for the Saints to keep any playoff hopes alive. Coach Mike Hortsman compares the Sabers to Colo-NESCO, who the Saints played in week four. Kickoff is scheduled for seven Friday night at Twin Cedars.
