The Twin Cedars Volleyball squad got their first win of the season by winning a five set match over Moravia last night. The Sabers took the match by scores of 25-19, 14-25, 13-25, 27-25, and 15-13. Jensen Hastings led the Sabers with six kills and Shelby Denburger collected six aces. Coach Alexis Kauzarlich told KNIA/KRLS Sports it was a team win. The Sabers had to play Wayne in as part of a triangular and fell to the Falcons in two games later on. Twin Cedars is now 1-8 on the season and will host Grandview Christian on Thursday.
